Project Administrator – Care Quality Improvement
Caitlin joined Shropshire Partners in Care in September 2022, as Clinical Practice Administrator.
She started her career as a Medical Receptionist within the NHS, where she completed a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Business Administration. She then decided on a change of career, which led her into the care sector, where she worked as a domiciliary carer, before moving to a local nursing home as a care assistant.
Through her years working in care, Caitlin has completed many CPD courses and obtained her Dementia Friends Badge. She is currently studying for her BSc (Hons) in Accounting & Finance.
