Partners in Care – Training to cover the Care Certificate
Partners in Care is dedicated to delivering high quality training for the adult social care sector and content within our courses supports the knowledge and skills required to demonstrate compliance with the Care Certificate Standards.
We, and our clinical training provider partner, Ethical Workforce Solutions, offer a wide range of training courses and between us address 13 of the Care Certificate Standards that Health and Social Care workers are required to adhere to. By attending our training learners will gain valuable insight into vital areas such as Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Human Rights, Safeguarding, Dignity and Privacy, Basic Life Support, Health and Safety, Handling Information, and Infection, Prevention and Control, ensuring they are prepared to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. (In addition to course attendance by the learner, observation and evidence will still be required by the employer to confirm that the learner has the fundamental skills they need to provide quality care).
We also offer training in Moving and Handling in Whitchurch, as we know it isn’t always convenient to send staff to our offices in Annscroft near Shrewsbury. If you would like to access training at those external venues but can’t see any available dates that are suitable, please contact us and advise how many places you require. We may be able to offer an additional course that we can then make available to other members. If the minimum number for the venue is reached the course will then go ahead. If you need training for six or more colleagues we will arrange the earliest date possible, for smaller numbers we will normally offer a date within two or three months.
