Training Officer
Emma joined Partners in Care in August 2021 as a People Positioning and Load Handling Training Officer (AKA Moving and Handling).
Emma started out in social care as a nursing assistant in care homes before a change to the education sector and working for some time as a teacher in Early Years.
After a move back to social care Emma has provided support to a range of vulnerable groups and has been training care staff for a number of years.
Emma’s qualifications include a BSc in psychology, a BSc in social sciences and a Level 3 Award in education and training.
Emma is able to offer advice on all things related to Moving & Handling.
