Strategic Partnerships and Business Development Manager
Katie joined Partners in Care in May 2023. Katie is part of the senior leadership team and is responsible for nurturing, developing and maintaining key strategic relationships and networks with partners and stakeholders. Katie also holds responsibility for operational management and oversight of business development, project management, workforce development and member engagement.
Prior to joining Partners in Care Katie worked within the charitable sector as Deputy Manager for a Shropshire based mental health charity, assisting in the delivery of a range of commissioned services. Previously, Katie spent 19 years working in the construction industry; 14 years of which as a senior manager in business development and marketing, working extensively with public sector organisations.
Katie has a BSc (Hons) Psychology, a BA (Hons) Business Administration and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Katie is enthusiastic about generating successful partnership working and is keen to make sure we are supporting partners and stakeholders as strongly as we can.
