Care and Membership Liaison Officer
Nina joined Partners in Care in July 2018. She has been a Registered Nurse since 1984 and had spent the previous 20 years as the Registered Manager of a Nursing Home. In her current role Nina supports members through advice, information and signposting to relevant individuals or organisations to provide solutions. She supports the development of quality care through training and workforce development in conjunction with team members.
Over the years Nina has gained many clinical work based qualifications. She is a Registered Nurse level 1, has the Registered Managers Award and an NVQ 4 in management.
Nina actively engages with members through individual membership visits; she represents and promotes members interests at various meetings with partners including local authorities and the NHS. She acts as a point of contact for members for advice, information, support and signposting.
