I have dedicated my entire career to working with charities, supported housing, homelessness and adult social care. Starting as a support worker and working my way up to CEO, I am a passionate advocate for ensuring that people with vulnerabilities have the same opportunities as those without. I believe that everyone deserves to live a life free from barriers, with equal access to anything they choose, want and need.
In addition to my professional achievements, I am a parent carer and a qualified person-centred counsellor. When I’m not working, I enjoy the great outdoors, walking my three dogs, wild swimming, kayaking and climbing mountains. I also love to relax at home, read books, watch films and cook for my family.
