Training Officer

Hannah joined the organisation in March 2026, bringing with her over 15 years of hands‑on experience in the health and social care sector. Proudly from the West Midlands, more specifically Walsall, Hannah embraces her Black Country roots and the strong community values that shaped her passion for supporting others.

Throughout her career, Hannah has worked extensively as a domiciliary support worker, providing high‑quality care to individuals with palliative and end‑of‑life needs, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and complex support requirements. Her deep commitment to people is at the heart of everything she does, and she is a dedicated advocate for equality, diversity, and inclusive practice.

Hannah holds an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, along with a wide range of sector‑leading qualifications. She is an experienced trainer in Moving and Handling, Medication Administration, Epilepsy and Buccal Midazolam, and Managing Challenging Behaviour, which is a key area of passion for her. With additional certifications across various specialisms, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a warm, empathetic approach to her role as Training Officer.
