Kathryn joined Partners in Care in October 2025, bringing with her a wealth of experience, compassion, and enthusiasm for supporting adults with additional needs. Since moving to Shropshire in 2019, she has built a strong and varied career in social care, working across supported living, day opportunities, and domiciliary care settings.

Kathryn is a passionate advocate for individuals with support needs and has been instrumental in developing and improving services for adults across Shropshire. She has a particular interest in supporting people living with Acquired Brain Injuries and has successfully led multiple teams within this sector, helping to create meaningful, positive changes in the lives of those she supports.

As a dedicated mentor, Kathryn enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience with colleagues. She believes that great training and good practice are key to improving outcomes for both staff and service users.

Kathryn’s strong educational background reflects her commitment to lifelong learning. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Forensic and Investigative Psychology, a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, Level 5 TEFL, and Level 3 Education and Training, along with additional qualifications in Understanding Autism, Mental Health Conditions, and Behaviours that Challenge.

Alongside her role at Partners in Care, Kathryn leads a small team providing direct support to an individual, overseeing care delivery, team management, and clinical coordination.
