She has been influential in the wider development of resources to enhance understanding both locally and nationally with co-produced work developed in Shropshire which has been used by the Mental Capacity Forum and Social Care Institute for Excellence. She is passionate about developing and delivering co-produced training which reflects the "voices" of individuals who use health and social care and has worked extensively with advocacy groups to enable this. Her other lead areas of training delivery have included courses relating to adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults. She has developed and delivered courses and conferences with autistic adults locally and internationally, promoting understanding and appreciation of life "through the autistic lens". Her passion is to provide meaningful training which resonates with the experiences of those involved providing knowledge which can be used by learners.
