We are delighted to welcome Hannah Jones to the team as our new Training Officer, joining the organisation in March 2026.

Hannah brings with her over 15 years of hands-on experience in the health and social care sector, alongside a strong passion for supporting people and developing the workforce that cares for them.

Originally from Walsall in the West Midlands, Hannah proudly embraces her Black Country roots and the strong sense of community that has shaped her approach to supporting others.

Throughout her career, Hannah has worked extensively as a domiciliary support worker, delivering high-quality care to individuals with a wide range of needs including:

Palliative and end of life care

Learning disabilities

Autism

Mental health conditions

Complex support requirements

Her commitment to people and person-centred support has been a consistent focus throughout her career, and she is a strong advocate for equality, diversity and inclusive practice within health and social care.

Hannah holds an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and has achieved a wide range of sector-leading qualifications. She is an experienced trainer in:

Moving and Handling

Medication Administration

Epilepsy and Buccal Midazolam

Managing Challenging Behaviour

Supporting staff to develop confidence and skills in managing challenging behaviour is an area Hannah is particularly passionate about.

In her role as Training Officer, Hannah will play an important part in supporting our members and partners through the delivery of high-quality training that promotes compassionate, dignified and person-centred care.
