Feedback from learners on previous courses:
"I enjoyed the morning and found it very useful. M and E created a friendly atmosphere, encouraged questions and were helpful with particular issues; it was definitely client-led. Refreshments were available when we wanted them. It was a great shame that not everyone who had booked on the course was able to make it, as it was just what carers need. Most of the time we have to learn as we go along and to have this opportunity was wonderful. Thank you Emma and Martin for an enjoyable and useful morning." MN; July 2025
