Course Aims:
This adult safeguarding focused session aims to provide an opportunity to consider the requirements for developing a 'learning culture' and the space to reflect on the benefits of doing so.
Learning Objectives:
Identify what we mean by the term 'Learning Culture'
Describe the necessary requirements for developing a learning culture
Define your role in developing a learning culture Identify external regulatory and other requirements
Explain the benefits of a learning culture
Summarise areas to work on regarding the organisational learning culture
Course Level:
This course aligns with the Level 3 learning objectives in the intercollegiate document (ICD) (Adult Safeguarding: Roles and Competencies for Health Care Staff) and therefore contributes to health professionals' compliance with the ICD standards. Length of course: 3.5 hours Delivery method: Zoom (live interactive training)
