Introducing HealthHero Integrated Care - the new provider of the GP Out of Hours Service in Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin (Free)

HealthHero Integrated Care is the new provider of the GP Out of Hours (OOH) Service and Care Coordination Centre/Single Point of Access (CCCSPA) in Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin, having taken over the contract with effect from 1 October 2025.

HealthHero is working closely with NHS Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin Integrated Care Board (ICB), West Midlands Ambulance Service and Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust (Shropcom), and have secured a new headquarters at Grosvenor House, Telford, as well as a new fleet of Kia Sportage vehicles.
