We are delighted to launch nominations for The Excellence in Care Awards 2026, with a range of new award categories, designed to recognise even more outstanding achievements across the care sector. These additions will celebrate the dedication, innovation, and excellence demonstrated by individuals, teams, and organisations that are making a positive impact on the lives of those they support.
By expanding the categories, the awards aim to showcase a broader range of successes and highlight the exceptional work taking place throughout the sector. Recognising excellence, inspiring innovation, and celebrating those who go above and beyond in care.

All nominations must be completed via the Microsoft Forms Nomination form, where you will need to provide details of the person/organisation you are nominating along with a maximum of 250 words stating why you are making the nomination whilst demonstrating the criteria relevant to the award category. All nominations must be completed by 5.00pm on Friday 07 August.

Award nominations will be judged by a panel of independent experts. The panel will select the finalists and category winners; the judges’ decisions will be final, and finalists will be publicised in advance of the Annual Conference and AGM which is taking place on 22 September 2026, and the category winners will be announced at the event. The nominated individual or a representative from the organisation must attend the event to accept the award. All category winners will receive an engraved glass trophy and framed certificate.
