Partners in Care AGM, One Voice Conference & Care Awards (Free)

Partners in Care will be holding their annual AGM, Conference and Care Awards. Presenters on the day include:
• Shropshire Council and Telford & Wrekin Commissioning teams
• Integrated Care Board
• Digital Care Hub
• Nursing & Midwifery Council 
• Dignity Council
• CQC (TBC)
• Plus many more speakers and a number of stall holders
