Future Proof your Business - Session 2 - Creating your plan (Free)

This fully Funded Programme for Partners in Care Members, will be delivered by Institute of Health & Social Care Management (IHSCM) and consists of two sessions (both must be completed to gain certification).

Session 1 (06 October 2026) will take place online via MS Teams and will be an introduction to the 6 core modules, leadership & culture, corporate governance, financial management, risk management, business strategy (including sales & marketing) and operational strategy.

Session 2 (10 November 2026) will be an in person session held at Telford Fire Station and will be aimed at creating your plan to future proof your business. Building on from session 1, you will come away with a strategy and plan for you to implement.
