This is a National Safeguarding Adults Week Webinar (November 16th - 20th) with events offered over the week by Partners in Care, the Telford and Wrekin Safeguarding Partnership and the Shropshire Safeguarding Community Partnership.

It is open to anyone working or volunteering across organisations in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin and Partners in Care members in Cheshire


Learning Objectives:

• Identify mandates for listening to the voice of individuals
• Describe how listening to the voice of adults aligns with the Care Act
• Illustrate what the safeguarding principles of empowerment and prevention suggest about listening
• Summarise how listening contributes to continuous improvement in our organisations
