Hours: 18.5 hours per week (2.5 days) each

Salary: £19,500 per annum (£39,000 FTE)

Contract: Fixed-term for 18 months

Location: Hybrid, based at Partners in Care with travel across Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin

Partners in Care is launching an exciting new Clinical Nurse Lead Programme, funded by the Rayne Foundation, to strengthen clinical leadership across the independent adult social care sector.

Working alongside care providers, Shropshire Council, Telford & Wrekin Council, NHS Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Integrated Care Board and other partners, these brand-new roles will help build a confident, connected and highly skilled workforce that delivers outstanding person-centred care.

We are recruiting two experienced Registered Nurses into complementary roles that will work closely together to deliver the programme. Together, these complementary roles will provide strategic leadership, professional support and clinical education across the independent care sector.

Clinical Nurse Lead – Strategic Programme Lead

Are you a strategic thinker who enjoys influencing change across organisations?

You'll provide strategic leadership for the programme, build relationships with senior partners, shape strategic priorities and use workforce intelligence to improve clinical leadership across adult social care.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in programme leadership, quality improvement, partnership working and system-wide transformation.

Clinical Nurse Lead – Training & Development Lead

Do you enjoy teaching, coaching and helping others reach their potential?

You'll design and deliver an engaging clinical education programme for the independent social care workforce, facilitate reflective practice, develop practical learning resources and support providers to embed learning into everyday practice that improves confidence, competence and quality of care.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about education, workforce development, mentorship and improving clinical confidence.

  • Are Registered Nurses with current NMC registration.
  • Have substantial post-registration experience.
