1. Online introductory session for Registered Managers & Deputy Managers to understand the course content & IHSCM portal to record CPD

2. Online Module 1 - Me, Myself & I

3. In-person day to cover Module 2 (HighPerforming Teams), Module 3 (LeadershipExcellence) &  Module 4 (ChangeManagement)

4. Embed learning in the workplace

5. Online follow up, evaluation and next steps(08/01/26 - 2 till 3pm)
